Each mailbox has a storage plan that costs credits every month, starting at 20 credits per mailbox per month for 500 MB. Credits come from your XenAI balance when a mailbox is created and then once a month. Aliases and groups are free.
No. Adding a domain and proving ownership changes nothing. Your mail keeps going to your current provider (for example Google Workspace) until you change the MX record yourself. Create your mailboxes first and switch MX last.
Yes. Every mailbox works with any IMAP/SMTP app: incoming mail on mail.xenaitech.com port 993 (SSL), outgoing on port 587 (STARTTLS). You can also use the webmail inside XenAI.
If a monthly renewal can't be paid, the mailbox keeps working for a few grace days. After that it is paused: it still receives mail, so nothing is lost, but nobody can sign in until you add credits.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
